Experience

Mike has been involved in assisting his clients with purchases, sales, restructurings, issuance of stock options and other equity transactions throughout his career of over 40 years. Having been a partner at international firms, Mike has experience as the engagement partner and the concurring partner for both public and private entities.

At Gumbiner Savett, Mike is responsible for the final quality control review of all audit reports, including the reading of all annual and periodic filings to the SEC. In addition to the audit engagement partner and the concurring partner, he is responsible for assurance with SEC rules, regulators and practices.
